Rheumatoid Arthritis Health Log Day 70

Day 70 of my RA health log.  My shoulders were not tender at all this morning when I woke up. My upper back is still stiff but it is down to a 1 on the pain level, just annoying. No other pain or stiffness.

Today I did 30 minutes of Wii Rhythm Boxing.

I had a latte for breakfast, Starbucks venti mocha for lunch and leftover Chicken Alfredo for dinner. Tonight I am enjoying a glass of red wine.

August 2nd, 2010

Day 69 of my RA health log. My upper back is still stiff. Right now I have no other pain or stiffness.

I did 40 minutes of Wii Rhythm Boxing today.

Latte for breakfast, 3 pieces of dark chocolate and dinner was Chicken Alfredo.

August 1st, 2010

Day 68 of my RA health log. Still dealing with a stiff upper back. Woke up to my shoulders being slightly tender and it went away after I was moving. No other pain or stiffness.

No exercise today unless you call pushing a cart at the store exercise.

Latte today for breakfast, still doing that high antioxidant chocolate and I had a small double cheese cheese steak for dinner.

Rheumatoid Arthritis Health Log Day 67

Day 67 of my RA health log. I woke up with slight tenderness in my shoulders and my back a little stiffer again. I need someone to crack my back! Tired of not sleeping right and the stiffness in my back.

Today is my day off from Wii, so I went to Coffee Creek in Chesterton, Indiana and took photos. Walked around for about an hour so that was my exercise for the day.

I had a Starbucks venti mocha for breakfast, used the treat receipt for a grande frap for lunch and had a small Quiznos double cheese cheese steak sandwich for dinner with bbq chips.

July 30th, 2010

Day 66 of my RA health log. No tenderness when I woke up but I still have some slight stiffness in my back. It is improving, I hope it is gone soon!  No other major pain or stiffness.

I did 40 minutes of Wii Rhythm Boxing and 20 minutes of a combination routine.

I had a Starbucks venti mocha for breakfast, 3 pieces of dark chocolate and a slice of pizza with a bread stick for dinner.
