Day 79 of my RA health log. No pain or tenderness when I woke up but by the end of the day my upper back was slightly stiff. Took some Flexeril and it is better.
The only exercise I did today was driving and a little walking.
I had a bacon cheeseburger and fries for lunch and beef stroganoff for dinner. Still eating the dark chocolate.
Day 78 of my RA health log. Woke up feeling great. I have been on the road for about 10 hours. I think around 8 of it driving. My upper back is slightly stiff but I just took some Flexeril so I know it will not last long.
No exercise today other then driving.
Today I had a chicken sandwich and onion rings for an early lunch. Starbucks venti mocha triple shot and coffee cake for a snack. Tonight I had a broasted chicken breast and potatoes for dinner. Still doing the dark chocolate.
Day 75-77 of my RA health log. Still waking up feeling great, no pain or stiffness and getting my quality 8 hours of sleep instead of the lousy 12. So the flexeril is working great! Traveling right now and having no issues. I did do both my enbrel and B12 shots today before I left.
Sunday and Monday I spent the day packing. Today I spent the day packing what I packed into the car. Then I did 6 hours of driving. That is all the exercise I got in the last few days.
Food lately has been junk, but still doing the high antioxidant chocolates.
Day 74 of my RA health log. Another day of waking up feeling good, no pain, stiffness or tenderness. The flexeril is working great, spent the day with no back pain either! Enjoying the 8 hours of good sleep!
Today my exercise was walking and carrying my backpack and camera around. I spent the day with a friend going to lighthouses, beaches and windmills in Michigan. We did a lot of walking!
I had a Starbucks venti mocha for breakfast and Chicken Alfredo, breadsticks and bruschetta for dinner.
