Rheumatoid Arthritis Health Log Day 32

Day 32 of my RA health log. Today I was up and going at 8 am, no pain or stiffness when I woke up. We went to a tractor show and walked around the fairgrounds for around 2 hours so that was my exercise for today. During that walking my hip started to stiffen up after about an hour of walking around. I sat down for a few, then was fine. I also had to keep switching shoulders that my purse was on because they would get sore.

Today was my nephews open house so I ate pretty good today. Chicken, potato salad, roll, a few chips and a piece of cake.  This morning I had a Starbucks venti mocha on the way to the tractor show. Tonight I am enjoying a decaf latte.

Biotinidase Deficiency Not RA
Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in Dec 2003 because of joint pain and fatigue. Found out on July 19, 2013 that I really was profoundly low on Vitamin B7 because of a rare disease called Biotinidase Deficiency. When I found out I was very weak, hardly could get out of bed, could not turn my head without getting light headed, dragging my feet when I tried to walk, struggled to breath daily for years and was having many many other issues. From the first 24 hours of taking Biotin my symptoms started to disappear and my body started getting stronger again.
