Day 89-90 of my RA health log. Still living pain free while taking the Flexeril for my back. No other pain or stiffness. I need to start checking out places to go for massages.
Still no exercise besides walking around and talking photos.
Sunday I had some lamb, rice and mushrooms from the Taste of Porter County expo and it was yummy. Yesterday I had pork carnitas for dinner with rice and beans.
