Day 72 of my RA health log. Again slightly tender shoulders in the morning which went away when I got moving. My back is still stiff. Today I seen the doctor and I have flexeril to take tonight. I will see if this helps the muscle/back stiffness and help me sleep right. No other pain or stiffness.
No exercise today.
I had a Starbucks venti mocha on the way to the doctors office. Tonight I had a slice of pizza.
