Day 66 of my RA health log. No tenderness when I woke up but I still have some slight stiffness in my back. It is improving, I hope it is gone soon! No other major pain or stiffness.
I did 40 minutes of Wii Rhythm Boxing and 20 minutes of a combination routine.
I had a Starbucks venti mocha for breakfast, 3 pieces of dark chocolate and a slice of pizza with a bread stick for dinner.
