Rheumatoid Arthritis Health Log Day 64

Day 64 of my RA health log. Again this morning I did not notice any shoulder tenderness but did notice the stiffness in my upper back.  No other noticeable stiffness or pain other then my back. After my workout I did have less stiffness in my back but still probably at a 2 on the pain level after the workout. Before the workout my back pain was about a 4.

Today I did 40 minutes of Wii Rhythm Boxing and 20 minutes of a combination of yoga and other strengthening exercises.

Today I had a Starbucks venti mocha for breakfast. I also used the treat reciept for a grande mocha frappuccino which was yummy! For dinner I had chicken and fries. I also started some high antioxidant dark chocolate today, I heard it was good for stiffness and weight loss. We will see what it does in this next month.

Biotinidase Deficiency Not RA
Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in Dec 2003 because of joint pain and fatigue. Found out on July 19, 2013 that I really was profoundly low on Vitamin B7 because of a rare disease called Biotinidase Deficiency. When I found out I was very weak, hardly could get out of bed, could not turn my head without getting light headed, dragging my feet when I tried to walk, struggled to breath daily for years and was having many many other issues. From the first 24 hours of taking Biotin my symptoms started to disappear and my body started getting stronger again.
