Rheumatoid Arthritis Health Log Day 52 – 59

Day 52 – 59 of my RA health log. I am catching up on my health log today! I have still had issues with my shoulders and back. Upper back being stiff most of the time and shoulders being tender in the morning. The tender shoulders goes away quickly after I get moving around but the stiffness in my back seems to stay unless I get some boxing in that day. Since I have not done much exercising in the last week my back is pretty much stiff all day the last 4 days.

I have been getting things ready for my son’s open house which is tomorrow and catching up on other work since I made it home from Los Angeles.

I had a Starbucks venti mocha this morning. I have not had dinner yet, but will be running up to the county fair to find something grilled for dinner tonight.

Faces of Juicing Book
Biotinidase Deficiency Not RA
Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in Dec 2003 because of joint pain and fatigue. Found out on July 19, 2013 that I really was profoundly low on Vitamin B7 because of a rare disease called Biotinidase Deficiency. When I found out I was very weak, hardly could get out of bed, could not turn my head without getting light headed, dragging my feet when I tried to walk, struggled to breath daily for years and was having many many other issues. From the first 24 hours of taking Biotin my symptoms started to disappear and my body started getting stronger again.
