Day 38 of my RA health log. My shoulders were not as tender this morning and the small amount of tenderness went away as soon as I started moving. Breathing issues still getting better but still not 100%. Probably in a week when I am in California I will be 100%.
I did my 30 minutes of Rhythm boxing to start the day and I am just getting ready to do the other 30 minutes.
I had a latte for breakfast, a Starbucks venti mocha frap for lunch and then around 1/2 of a bacon cheeseburger and fries for dinner.
