RA Health Log Day 9

Day 9 of my Rheumatoid Arthritis health log. Today I woke up at 5:30 am. I had a Valparaiso Chamber orientation to go to, it was fun. My stomach did not feel well this morning, which continued on and off today. So I did not eat the yummy looking food they had, I opted for just water.  Today was shot day so Enbrel in the tummy and B12 in the arm. Arm is a little sore from the shot.

I ate a granola bar around noon, then had some chicken around 3:00 pm and strawberry yogurt around 4:00 pm.

This evening I finally had time to workout so I jumped on the elliptical for an hour with the Bowflex intervals. I also went for a 15 minute bike ride.

Faces of Juicing Book
Biotinidase Deficiency Not RA
Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in Dec 2003 because of joint pain and fatigue. Found out on July 19, 2013 that I really was profoundly low on Vitamin B7 because of a rare disease called Biotinidase Deficiency. When I found out I was very weak, hardly could get out of bed, could not turn my head without getting light headed, dragging my feet when I tried to walk, struggled to breath daily for years and was having many many other issues. From the first 24 hours of taking Biotin my symptoms started to disappear and my body started getting stronger again.
