RA Health Log Day 25

Day 25 of my Rheumatoid Arthritis health log. Today I woke up with tender shoulders but it went away as soon as I got up and moving. Pain level a 1, you know just annoying. Knot in my muscle around my shoulder blade barely a 1 today, most of the day no pain there. Still having problems breathing when I am outside, but fine when inside the house.

I did 70 minutes on the Wii today. Wii Fit Plus I did Rhythm Kung fu, Rhythm Boxing, Hula hoop and the Rhythm Parade for 60 minutes. Mostly the Rhythm Boxing, I really like doing that. Then I did 10 minutes of Just Dance. Dancing to Ring My Bell and Hot-n-Cold.

Breakfast was my normal latte. For dinner we had NY strip steak, small strawberry pecan salad and corn on the cob. I also had a Starbucks venti mocha.

Faces of Juicing Book
Biotinidase Deficiency Not RA
Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in Dec 2003 because of joint pain and fatigue. Found out on July 19, 2013 that I really was profoundly low on Vitamin B7 because of a rare disease called Biotinidase Deficiency. When I found out I was very weak, hardly could get out of bed, could not turn my head without getting light headed, dragging my feet when I tried to walk, struggled to breath daily for years and was having many many other issues. From the first 24 hours of taking Biotin my symptoms started to disappear and my body started getting stronger again.
