RA Health Log Day 22

Day 22 of my Rheumatoid Arthritis health log. Today I woke up with tender shoulders, which went away when I got up and moving. I still have some slight stiffness in my shoulders, mainly right. I feel a little wiped out this evening. I skipped the usual elliptical and Bowflex routine and went with the Wii Fit Plus. I did 30 minutes of Rhythm Kung fu, boxing, Hula hoop and the Rhythm Parade. Then this evening I went for a 20 minute bike ride with my daughter.

I have forgot to mention I have had slight breathing problems since I came back to Indiana. Started taking Zyrtec again.

I had a latte this morning and then a strawberry pecan salad late this afternoon. This evening I had a sugar free pudding cup and I will be ending the night with a decaf latte.

Faces of Juicing Book
Biotinidase Deficiency Not RA
Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in Dec 2003 because of joint pain and fatigue. Found out on July 19, 2013 that I really was profoundly low on Vitamin B7 because of a rare disease called Biotinidase Deficiency. When I found out I was very weak, hardly could get out of bed, could not turn my head without getting light headed, dragging my feet when I tried to walk, struggled to breath daily for years and was having many many other issues. From the first 24 hours of taking Biotin my symptoms started to disappear and my body started getting stronger again.
