RA Health Log Day 18

Day 18 of my Rheumatoid Arthritis health log. Today I woke up with stiffness in my shoulders, pain level 1, just annoying. The stiffness lasted most of the day. I did both of my shots today, enbrel and B12. I was supposed to do the on Thursday, so I am a little late.  I enjoyed being lazy today after spending five days in Vegas I needed a relaxing day.

This morning I had a latte. This evening we went to Big Itzik in Encino, CA., it was yummy (photo of food)! We had 20 house salads with falafel balls, hummus and mixed meat skewers. I am so full!

After dinner we took around a 30 minute walk. Now I am looking forward to spending the evening on the couch with my boyfriend.

Faces of Juicing Book
Biotinidase Deficiency Not RA
Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in Dec 2003 because of joint pain and fatigue. Found out on July 19, 2013 that I really was profoundly low on Vitamin B7 because of a rare disease called Biotinidase Deficiency. When I found out I was very weak, hardly could get out of bed, could not turn my head without getting light headed, dragging my feet when I tried to walk, struggled to breath daily for years and was having many many other issues. From the first 24 hours of taking Biotin my symptoms started to disappear and my body started getting stronger again.
