RA Health Log Day 15

Day 15 of my Rheumatoid Arthritis health log. Today I woke up with stiffness in my shoulders and hips. The air conditioning is on non stop here in Las Vegas. I have always noticed more stiffness when I am being hit by air conditioning. My feet were much better this morning. The stiffness this morning went away as soon as I got up and started moving around.

I enjoyed some fruit and banana bread with a cappuccino for breakfast. Lunch was some chicken, polish sausage, salad, a little potato salad and macaroni and cheese.

Today is a long day at the conference, closing get together tonight starts at 9 pm, I was in bed by 10 pm last night so 9 pm is late a late event for me. So this afternoon I spent some time with my feet up to make sure I make it through the night. I also had some coffee, a latte and a venti mocha so I might not be a sleepy head at the event.

I made it through the event. Feet were slightly sore, but not to bad. Before the event I had dinner at Smith & Wollensky’s, steak and truffled macaroni and cheese. Followed by their yummy carrot cake!

Faces of Juicing Book
Biotinidase Deficiency Not RA
Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in Dec 2003 because of joint pain and fatigue. Found out on July 19, 2013 that I really was profoundly low on Vitamin B7 because of a rare disease called Biotinidase Deficiency. When I found out I was very weak, hardly could get out of bed, could not turn my head without getting light headed, dragging my feet when I tried to walk, struggled to breath daily for years and was having many many other issues. From the first 24 hours of taking Biotin my symptoms started to disappear and my body started getting stronger again.
