Day 12 of my Rheumatoid Arthritis health log. This morning I woke up after around four good hours of sleep and headed to the airport. I had a venti mocha on the way to the airport. After around five hours in a plane I was ready to be off! I made it to Los Angeles and enjoyed a ride on my boyfriends new Harley-Davidson. After an hour and a half my hips were getting sore from riding, pain level 2. We stopped for a little bit and I walked around. When we took off I tried a suggestion my sister gave me and sat my feet on my boyfriends legs. This stretched out the hip and relieved the pressure. I didn’t have them up there long but it was long enough to feel much better.
Today I had some crackers on the plane and then a taco al carbon and churro when I got here. After the bike ride we went and had dinner at BJ’s, having a nice salad and splitting a bacon cheeseburger.
Now I am very tired tonight and looking forward to bed!
