RA Health Log Day 11

Day 11 of my Rheumatoid Arthritis health log.  Today I woke up with no pain or stiffness.  I did wake up a few times in the middle of the night. Around 4 am, 5 am and then 7 am when I just got up. My son graduated from high school today (see photo here)! I was so excited I kept waking up, is it time yet? You know the excitement you had when you were a kid and knew you were going to an amusement park the next day, that is how it felt!

It was a very busy day, I missed breakfast and lunch. The graduation ceremony was at 11 am and did not end until around 1 pm. After I made it home I went through photos. Next my niece turned seven and had a party. I was a little late but made it in time to have a hot dog around 3:30 pm. After the party I came home to start laundry then headed to dinner with my kids. I had steak and chicken at the Japanese restaurant.

Made it home around 8 pm, again going through more photos. Finished laundry and started packing, tomorrow I head to Los Angeles and then off to Las Vegas for a conference. The only exercise I had today was a few minutes of dancing. My daughter and her friend were playing Just Dance on the Wii so I joined in for a couple songs.

Biotinidase Deficiency Not RA
Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in Dec 2003 because of joint pain and fatigue. Found out on July 19, 2013 that I really was profoundly low on Vitamin B7 because of a rare disease called Biotinidase Deficiency. When I found out I was very weak, hardly could get out of bed, could not turn my head without getting light headed, dragging my feet when I tried to walk, struggled to breath daily for years and was having many many other issues. From the first 24 hours of taking Biotin my symptoms started to disappear and my body started getting stronger again.
